Belmont Tri-Town 5K Sponsor | Waltham Painter
As a local painting company serving the Greater Boston area—from our home base in Waltham to the streets of Belmont and Arlington — we live around them, drive through them every day, and take a lot of pride in how they look.
That’s exactly why W&F Painting Solutions LLC decided to sponsor the Tri-Town Loop | Belmont, Arlington, Newton 5K this February.
If you’ve ever walked Beaver Brook on a cold winter morning or driven through Arlington Heights when the old colonials are covered in snow, you know how special these communities are. This race connects them in a way that makes sense — on foot, at street level, where you can really see the homes and craftsmanship that define these towns.
A Community Run That Connects Belmont, Arlington & Newton
The Tri-Town Loop is a self-guided 5K happening during Race Week from February 16–21, 2026.
Start: Beaver Brook Reservation in Belmont Hill
Pass Through: Arlington Heights and the Waverley area
Finish: Newton Centre Playground
We love the concept. It’s not a crowded, high-pressure race. It’s a chance to move, explore, and appreciate the neighborhoods we serve every day.
You can learn more about the event here:
Tri-Town Loop | Belmont, Arlington, Newton 5K Event Page
When you slow down and run through these streets, you notice details — trim work, historic wood siding, brick facades, and homes that have stood for over 100 years. That’s our world.
Why a Local Painting Company Sponsors a 5K
We didn’t sponsor this race for advertising.
We sponsored it because it reflects what we believe in:
1. Pride in Local Neighborhoods
We regularly complete projects in Belmont Hill, near Waverley Square, throughout Arlington Heights, and around Newton Centre. These are tight-knit neighborhoods where word travels fast and quality matters.
When homes look well-maintained, the whole block feels stronger.
If you’ve visited our W&F Painting Solutions LLC Home Page, you’ll see that we focus on careful prep, clean job sites, and long-lasting finishes. That approach fits these towns perfectly.
2. Homes Are Best Seen on Foot
The race description says it best — neighborhoods are best appreciated on foot.
When you walk or run through Belmont or Arlington, you notice:
Peeling trim after winter
Faded exterior paint from salt air and snow
Older wood windows that need protection
Historic details that deserve proper prep work
That’s especially true in areas like Belmont and Arlington, where many homes were built decades ago.
If you’re in Belmont, check out our work and services on our Belmont, MA Painter City Page.
If you’re in Arlington Heights or nearby, visit our Arlington, MA Painter City Page to see how we approach older New England homes.
3. Supporting Events That Actually Make Sense
We’re selective about what we support.
This event connects three towns we actively serve:
Belmont
Arlington
Newton
The course literally runs through the types of neighborhoods we work in every week.
It’s not random. It’s aligned.
As someone who’s lived in this area most of my life, I can tell you — events like this bring people out. Neighbors wave. Kids ride bikes alongside runners. It feels local in the best way.
The Craftsmanship Behind These Neighborhoods
One thing I always notice when driving through Belmont Hill or near Newton Centre is the craftsmanship.
You’ll see:
Detailed crown molding
Classic cedar shingles
Multi-pane windows
Historic brick foundations
Tight lot lines where organization really matters
Painting in these areas isn’t about rushing. It’s about prep work, protecting landscaping, and respecting tight residential streets.
That’s the kind of work we do every day.
We’ll See You on the Loop
Whether you’re running the full 5K, walking part of it, or just uploading your finish line photo from Newton Centre, we’re proud to support something that highlights the neighborhoods we care about.
If you see a W&F sign around Belmont, Arlington, or Newton — now you know why we’re invested here.
We don’t just paint houses.
We help maintain the look and feel of the streets we all share.
